SkinCareCrtic.com is committed to offering you with exceptional goods. Below you will find our refund policies, which are different depending on the type of product you purchase. We guarantee the products we sell and promise that they are brand-new, authentic, and in original packaging.

Standard products included a 30-day, money-back guarantee, accordinged to the delivery date as supplied to us by UPS or FedEx. To receive a full refund, please call our customer support team. They will provide you with shipping guidelines and a return authorization (RA) number. For goods that were delivered in excess of the Thirty Days, we will refund the full amount less a ten percent (10%) restocking fee. After 90 days, your order is considered final and refunds will not be given. The invoice that was sent to you via e-mail promptly following your order confirmation will indicate the product( s) that are considered “standard”.

Custom goods include a 5-day, money-back guarantee, based upon the delivery date as provided to us by UPS or FedEx. To receive a full refund, please contact our customer support team. They will supply you with shipping instructions and a return authorization (RA) number. After 5 days, your order is considered final and refunds will not be given as a result of the customization of your order. The billing that was sent to you via e-mail instantly following your order confirmation will show the product( s) that are considered “custom”.

For orders which contain both standard products and custom items, the previously mentioned policies will apply to their respective products. The invoice that was sent out to you via e-mail immediately following your order confirmation will show the product( s) that are considered “standard” and “custom”.

We urge all patrons to contact us if there is an issue with the items received. Credit and debit cards are not charged until your order has been shipped. All purchases will appear on your visa or mastercard statements as “SkinCareCrtic.com”. If a refund has been provided, please permit at least 10 business days for your issuing bank to post the refund back to your account. Issuing banks have different time frames for posting refunds to your account; as a result you may not see the funds published to your account although that we have processed the refund. For your convenience, confirmations of all refunds will be sent to you via e-mail instantly after they are processed.
